Location

Tranquil Traditions is located at 37 W. Cross St. in suite 202 on the 2nd floor of the Union Brothers Building. There are two entrances, one on S. Hanover St. right next to the Crown Gas Station, and the other on Clarkson St.

Parking

We have one allotted parking spot in the lot outside the building labeled “pp/tt”.  Otherwise, there is also street parking available in the surrounding Federal Hill area.

How to book/Office Hours

You can make an appointment through our easy-to-use booking system Vagaro, or simply give us a call or text at 443-248-2070 during regular business hours. We schedule by appointment only and don't take walk-in appointments. 

Before your appointment

Our building requires an access code to enter through either of the two entrances. After you've made your booking, the access code will be sent via text 24hrs prior to your service. We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you are not feeling well or need to reschedule, please do so 24 hours in advance.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, so if you need to cancel or reschedule please do so through our online system or call at least a day in advance. Same day cancellations will result in a 50% charge of service, and failure to provide notice or no–shows will result in 100% charge of service. We understand life happens so please notify us as soon as possible to avoid any fees. 

Late for Appointment

If you arrive late for your appointment slot, the late start time will cut into the time of the service. More than 20 minutes late will be considered a no show with a 50% rescheduling fee. 

Gift Cards

You can purchase a gift card online on our website, by phone or in-person. If you would also like a physical version of the gift card, please call/email us in advance and we can set up a time for pick up.
