Should you need to cancel on the same day, a 50% fee of the scheduled service will apply—this helps us maintain the rhythm of our day and the consistency of all scheduled experiences.
In the event of no prior notice, the full 100% service charge applies. We understand that life unfolds unexpectedly; your awareness helps us ensure fairness to all clients. Late Policy
If you're running late, your service will be adjusted to fit within the original time slot. This ensures we maintain seamless flow and respect for all guests. Arriving more than 20 minutes late is considered a no-show. In such cases, a 50% rescheduling fee will apply. If you're unable to attend and do not notify us, a 100% service fee will be charged.
