  • If you’re unsure which facial is best, our front desk team can help guide you to the right style and aesthetician for what you are looking for. Our expert aestheticians will assess your skin during your appointment and recommend the best treatment for your needs. If you're unsure, book a Customized Facial, and we’ll tailor it for you.

  • For optimal skin health, we recommend a facial every 4 to 6 weeks, but this may vary based on your skin concerns and goals.

  • Arrive with a clean face, if possible, but makeup is okay—we will remove it during the treatment. Avoid exfoliating or using strong active ingredients (such as retinol) 24-48 hours before your appointment.

    Please fill out your intake forms so the technician can be better prepared for your visit. In those forms and in person please let us know if you have any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions

  • Your facial will include a detailed skin analysis and consultation with our licensed aestheticians to start. Then you will receive a thorough cleansing, exfoliation, extractions (if needed), a customized mask, and hydration. We may also incorporate facial massage, LED therapy, or serums based on your skin’s needs.

  • We recommend waiting at least 24 hours before applying makeup to allow your skin to breathe and absorb the benefits of the treatment.

  • Yes! Our acne facials focus on deep cleansing, exfoliation, and extractions to help reduce breakouts. Consistency and a proper skincare routine will enhance results.

  • Extractions may cause slight discomfort but should not be painful. Our estheticians use professional techniques to minimize irritation.

  • Absolutely! We offer gentle facials specifically designed for sensitive skin. Let us know about any concerns, and we’ll customize the treatment to ensure comfort.

  • Yes! We offer pregnancy-safe facials using gentle, non-toxic ingredients. Please inform us if you’re expecting so we can tailor your treatment accordingly.
