You’ve been asking (a lot, and we love it), so here’s an honest update on Tranquil Traditions Annapolis.
The short version: it’s happening, it’s real, and right now it looks a lot more like a construction site than a spa. Here’s the journey so far.
Where It Started
This is our space at 185 Harry S. Truman Parkway the day we got the keys. Fluorescent lights, blue speckled tile, and a whole lot of potential. Before anything came down, we were in there with a tape measure and floor plans, picturing every treatment room, how you’d move from the front door to your session, and how you’d feel the moment you walked in.
Designing the Feel
Then came the fun part. We spent hours with our design team pulling samples: soft sea-glass blues, warm natural wood, creamy handmade-look tile, textured grasscloth walls, and a touch of brass. We want Annapolis to feel calm and coastal (a nod to the water just down the road) while still feeling unmistakably like Tranquil Traditions: warm, personal, and intentional.
Where We Are Now
The framing is up, and the electrical and plumbing are in. Next come the walls and flooring, with inspections in about three weeks. And then the fun stuff: paint and décor, really bringing the space to life for you all to enjoy.
When We’ll Open
If everything stays on schedule, we’re planning to open in December 2026. We’ll share the exact date as soon as it’s locked in.
